Training Philosophy
We were designed to move. However, you stand with a set of unique attributes/factors that influence your specific ability and potential of proper, effective movement apart from everyone else. My job is to assess where you are, where you want to go and to then build a program that gets you there as safely, quickly and most effectively as possible. We will utilize many different means always addressing strength, metabolic conditioning, mobility and an education of how your body is designed to work so you can reclaim ownership of its fitness.
